Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father name is Ghanshyam Majhi. He is no more in this world but he was a farmer. My mother name is Premlata Majhi. She is a housewife she is caring and loving. She likes cooking and singing. Then my elder sister her name is Susmita Majhi. Now she is doing her BSC Nursing course. There are two elder brothers of me one is just completed her 12th board and preparing fore higher studies another brother is a teacher in govt school.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the Dakshana scholarship because. I am satisfying all the criteria that Dakshana Foundation want needed. If I not selected to be a Dakshana scholar then I will start my preparation for NEET with the help of online resources in home.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life to become a good doctor and become a good human being.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become successful one thing part of my salary what I am earning in that time I will donate to the society for some good work. I will devote myself for the well being of the society. If possible then I will form a comitte which will do best for the society.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Because of my health issue I hospitalized for 3 days. There I diagnosed by dr. Aditi Sahu. She talked with me so nicely that I can't explain I never seen in my like doctor like her. She treats patient carefully for her every single like is most important. By seeing her I really a good doctor like her.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My hobbies are cooking and travelling.
