My name is M.Pratik .My father's name is Prabir Mallick .He is a daily -wages labour . My mother's name is Mamina Das . She is a house wife . My elder brother name is M Pradyumna .He is doinh his ITI .My elder sister name is M Pratisruti.She is doinh her arts.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded dakshana scholarship because I listen about dakshana in 10 th class from my teacher about free coaching for medical and engenering .If i will not selected then i may shifted to online course.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in my life is to be a doctor .i want to be a sucessful person who is supporting his family with helping society .I want to be a good dpctor who is listening pateint problem carefully and give my all effort towards my job.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I would like to help the needy people when I will became sucessful in my life I would try to to educate the children and try to solve their problem near my socity. I will try to to spend with aged person try to solve or help them . and I would give my 100 percent in my field .

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
there are many incident in my life that had motivated me to better but there was one incident that had affected me a lot .It was a news on tv that one a army officer died while fighting with enmy and he handle 4 to 5 enmy single handlely . he finished all the enmy before his death.after his sacrifice their parents proud feeling about their son .

My intrest is reading books and do meditation, to travelling.spending with friend and family in gussiping
