I'd like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend Medical College

Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
We are 5 members in our family. My father is a farmer who wants his children to become far better than him. My mother is a housewife. My brother is an architect. My elder sister is a 4th-year pharmacy student in a medical college in Lucknow, UP.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I think I deserve to be a Dakshana Scholar. I have the courage to do my best and strong willpower to become a doctor. If I get selected, I will give my 100% effort. If I become a successful doctor, I will encourage more students to study. If I am not selected as a Dakshana Scholar, I will start preparation by myself through self-study or through online study platforms.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
After becoming a doctor, I will do something for my village students and people by providing them education and trying to provide jobs for adults. As my grandfather said, “Jindagi me agar safal ho jao, to sabse pehle apne gaon se samaj sudhar ki shuruaat karna.”

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I will start contributing to society by initiating a primary school in my village to ensure that every child gets primary education. For higher studies, there are many NGOs like Dakshana.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
My Tau ji and my father are my all-time motivation. As my Tau ji is a doctor, he encouraged me to be a doctor. I have learned from my father about hard work. I want to be like my Tau ji. The best thing I like about him is that sometimes he does not charge any fee from those who are financially poor.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I have more interest in studying about space, planets, and the universe. My hobbies are traveling across India and spending time with friends.
