Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
There are 7 members in my family. I have three sisters and one brother. My father is a farmer. He likes reading newspapers and motivating others. My mother does all the housework and prepares tasty food for us. My elder sister is doing B.Sc. My younger sisters are studying in classes 10 and 12. My younger brother is studying in class 8.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
As I know, Dakshana provides quality education to students who cannot afford it. I think Dakshana will help me reach my goals and give me the right path to success. If I am not selected, then I will continue my studies on my own. I will not stop and will study with full effort.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to do something big for my village because the children and youth there do not pay attention to studies. I want to become a powerful and honest person so that young people can take motivation from me. I also want to show famous places to my family, and I want to raise my parents’ name.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become a successful person, I will support people who are suffering from poverty. I will help those who cannot afford good education for their children. In my village, no one has a good job even though they have knowledge. I will support them to do better. I will do all my work honestly for my society and give them ideas.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
When I was in class 11, the principal of my school gave me a chance to maintain discipline in the school. He gave me the responsibility of school captain. I was anxious about how to manage it, but he told me that a captain is a leader of the entire community. He said I can do better for my family and my school. “A captain always remains a captain.” This line motivates me even today.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I am a nature lover. I feel very calm whenever I visit a new place. I like helping others and respecting everyone. I like interacting with people, especially foreigners.
