Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father name is Mr. Vitthal Deshmukhe and he the teacher my mother name is Mrs. Asha deshmukhe and is housewife other than this I have one brother and my brother name is Arjun deshmukhe he is studying 8th class and he want to become a best player (running) my father is a hero of my life because he is always the sacriffies everything for my drems my mother is care taker of whole family and she know's everyones like and dislikes

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I deserve this seat so I am awarded Dakshana Scholarship as I have fulfill eligibility criteria and got selected dakshana scholars are brilliant but impoverished students who aspire to attend a premier medical college but cannot effort to be coach professionly by world class coaching institute I have to be good leader I have self- discipline and confident now after getting selected for dakshana I feel like a way to chase my dreams I will give my best and becoming a successful good doctor.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
Being a surgeon for my parents and being a Good Person in Society I am a Disabled child but I am totally Self- sufficient one J.N.V. I want to serve lower section of society who suffer by from many things I want to share their sorrow by helping them also I Want to maintain a good position in my society and want to fulfill dreams of my parent's.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I want to give my selfless service to the society means I would like to donate in orphanages and open free medical camps. In many villages as most of our villages lack proper medical services and share my knowledge to give back to our local community. Planting trees in local public areas to help in cleaning air use solar power in home to supply my own electricity.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
My teacher's and parent's always has been good source of my motivation and inspiration for me they always encourage me to give my best. They have great will that I will become a good doctor, once time when they teach us they describe an incident of girl who belongs to a very poor family and by their support and encouragement will to do something if girl made her doctor.

My hobbies are singing ;dancing ,drawing ,playing volleyball and adventure travelling
