Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
in my family total members are six including me.my father mr. ramkishor uikey my mother mrs. vimla uikey and my three elder sisters.my father occupation is farmer.my mother is housewife.my elder sister become staff nurse.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I really need to be awarded dakshana scholarship. it will help me to improve himself and to do hardwork.and also help to get my ambition.my financial condition is also not good and my parents cannot affort my fees. if dakshana provide me scholarship,I sure you that this scholarship can't be waste .I will do hardwork to get my ambition. and i will give my best.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to become Docter (MBBS),other than doctor I aiso want to serve our country.I really want to help poor people who can't able to treat himself due to some problems like money problems etc.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
when I become successful then I want to serve our country I also want to help poor family and childrens . I want to provide best medical facility to our society .

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
my best motivaters are my family members . my elder sister also a staff nurse . she always says that do hardwork and do better than me . my mother and father is also motivated me to do better than me.

my hobbies is listening songs ,books reading ,and also comics books ,i am also intrested in gardening and crafting.
