Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
Myself Kamlesh, in my family has five members:- Father, Mother, three sisters and me My father is farmer in own land and on others land My mother is housewife and she also works as farmer My Sister are studying in state government school My uncle is farmer in own land and on other's land My mama is truck driver

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the dakshana scholarship because I want to perceive my studies in medical field and want to become a doctor, but because of my family's financial condition my family is unable to spend much money in my studies. So, Dakshana which help poor and talented students help me in completion of my dream.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
The ambition of my life is to study in AIIMS and to become one of the most talented and honoured doctor and want to serve my society as a Doctor.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become successful in my life, my first eyes goes towards betterment of society. I would those students who is not able to afford good quality of studies. I would never like to do cheating or fraud with my patients.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Once a time when my whole family is sitting at my home, my father and grandmother told me that you should become a Doctor and serve the society as good humans beings. When I was in 8th class I had undergone accident and my femur undergone fracture, at that instant I feel crucial role of Doctor in life.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I am highly interested in playing Harmonium and Singing. I also like to reading books(novels) I like to spend my time with my family members.
