I have five members in my family.My father name is Mr.JARAPLA RAVI.He is a farmer.He is a loyal person.My mother Mrs.JARAPLA YESU.She is a housewife.I have elder borther. His name is JARAPLA ASHOK.He is studying.Ialso have a elder sister.her name is JARAPLA SUJATHA.She is also studying.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded Dakshana Schalarship becauese off i think I am fit in all the criteria set by dakshana to select.

I want to be a good DOCTOR.I want to keep my parents happy always with a simple life.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I want to serve the people as i possible by providing by building a hospital in my area.i want to provide some funds to orphanages.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
When i was in 7th standard I face a health issue. iwent to see the doctor who is working irresponsible among patients .that day i decided that i have to become a doctor and i want to see disese free society
