My father name is Rajendra patidar.He is farmer and he gave their best to make us happy. He is so kind and always ready to help others.He like to drives cars in long journeys.My mothers name is Beena patidar and she is housewife. She likes to cook delicious food for us.My grandfathers name is premji patidar and he s an ashthma patient.He isalso a farmer.My grandmothers name is sundar patidar. She is housewife.My sisters name is tamanna patidar. She is a student and completing theirs graduation. She is a good dancer .My brothers name is parth patidar.He is studied in class 10 in navodaya.He love to play volleyball.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
As Dakshsna`s ambition is to provided free scholarship to the impoverished students and i am also one in them.I think i am deserving for this scholarship and if given a chance I will prove the correctness of your decision by working hard.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
As we know India is an poor country. Their are a lots off people, who dying everyday just because of poor helathcare conditions. My aim to provided as much as best medical facilities to peoples.I just want to give my contribution to make the INDIA disease free and to providing best medical facility in the india.I can achieve this by taking small steps and everyday do work hard to acheive my dream.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
since i am an Navodayan and Navodaya gave chance to poor childrens to complete their secondary education with best facilities.,. so I am inspire from that idea to help childrens who really want to do better in their life but they cant because of their family condition .A s country give us such facilities Its our duty to gave them back as much as possible . My ambition is to be a good docter , and I eagerly wants to help needy ones. After become a successfull docte i will want serve my country in medical fields by providing best facilities to them and people aware about importance of cleaning by organising healthcare camps.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
since my village have no facility of medical and healthcare my aunt was pregnant and we took her hospital 20 km away from my village after delivery. She was died just because of giving poor health care given after delivery, docter didnt gave them injections properly and their is no one to look after her .this is so painfull for our family This motivated me to do work better in medical field and to do work better in medical field and improve the healthcare facilities,

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My interest is to observe and knowing deeply about that things,why and how it could happen/ Its not my hobby but its my quality to analysing any situation in both positive and negative ways and then make decisions.
