Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My Father name is late. SanjivKumar Madavi and my mother name is Bhumika Madavi and I have a small brother and his name Dipanshu Madavi.my mother is housewife and pensioner. My brother is studying in JNV Gadchiroli where I studied.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
Because, I am poor but I was good in study. So Dakshana foundation give me scholarship from that I will get good education than other coaching. From tha I will score good marks in NEET and do something for society. If I not selected to be a Dakshana Scholar then I will get admission in my parent JNV (Gadchiroli) MH and try to get better education from that limited sources .

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My main ambition of life is to make good person and help peoples. I can also help peoples through the other fields like engineering and civil services etc. but Doctor field is different from that . They give life to people, which is the biggest help in the world . So my main ambition is to become a good doctor and make good doctors.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become successful, then I would like to contribute good services to peoples not by money but I will give my some part of income to charity trust from that the children who are not able to afford schooling they may get schooling from that money from that small money .And I contribute some part of income for the environment to maintain pollutionless country.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There is one incident which listened from my parents. There is a serious accident in my district so patient is very serious and the patient is very poor so , the family of patient tried to rescue him so they rush in private hospitals but doctor of the hospital don't admit because lack of admit fees . Then his family request the doctor to admit him but the doctor not allowed him . Then the patient was died . So this inspired me to become a doctor and help people.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I have interests in cricket, mythology, secrets of earth like kailsah parwth , giza pyramids , sinken dwarka and study of aquatic . My hobbies are love to play basketball and cricket, listen songs , reading novels and singing.
