I'd like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend Medical College

Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father passed away when I was 1.5 years old. Since then, my mother is a private employee. I have an elder sister who is 2 years older than me, and she is pursuing her higher studies in Bangalore. We parted away from our paternal family after 10–12 years of my father's death. My paternal uncle is a police officer. My sister's and my expenses for study and everything are looked after by our mother, maternal grandfather, and paternal grandfather.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
Dakshana Scholarship is awarded to those who are firmly determined about their goal, and so am I. My desire to become a doctor can be fulfilled with the support of Dakshana for many obvious reasons. If I were not a Dakshana Scholar, I would have joined some online course, as offline coaching is very expensive.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition is to become a surgeon from a top GMC and to organize free medical camps in villages. I want my mother to live the rest of her life without any struggles.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
As I want to become a doctor, I would like to serve society by conducting free medical camps three times a year in villages.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Once I saw my mother in tears, silently praying for me and my sister’s better future. It fueled my desire to become a doctor. My father passed away due to a heart attack, so my mother wants me to become a cardiologist. This backstory has pushed me beyond my limits whenever I felt I couldn’t go further.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My hobbies include playing badminton, cycling, swimming, and coloring. My interests are planting, strolling in the park, and spending time with my mother and sister.
