Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
my father name mahesh patidar , is a great parsonality for me , and his happiness is my strength. My mother name uma patidar is my source of energy that always insspire me to do something better and different . My father is a very helpful person as i observed he always stand with my whole family and other guardian in any trouble. MY brother name Harshvardhan currently studying in classs 11 , is vey calm and familiar boy . And many more lots of thing that i am always learning from my family.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
people got the thing which they deserves . i think i am hardworking and i have capability to do best. i think i am able to hold a good rank becauze i know my capability , i know my mistakes . If i am not selected in dakshana then i will continue mu studies with online batches and try my best .Lack of resources are not the barrier in the path of success . since dakshana give me a golden opportunity i will surely fulfill it .

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
firstly i would like to become a successfull doctor so that i can sserve the society .i can present myself as a dual personality one for the people and for the family. it was a noble profession that give opportunity to improve your thought , attitude , and helps to be a good personality.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
After becoming a best doctor i want to improve the medical condition in our area because their is no awareness among people regarding their medical issues. The health facilities are also very poor. First make changes at small level they automatically spread throughout if they are effective .when i capable to do more better with my experience i will try to connect people who are actually wants changes and together make the india healthy.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
when i am around 14 year old i suffer from a small skin infection like redness on the skin . my father become very tensed because he know the reality that in our area there was not a single MD Dermatologist . A much more difficulties was faced by us before my exams. so then i think that i have to take initiative to do better and help those people who are not able to get medical facilities.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
i like to read books maily suspense story andi also like to write poem with my own thought.
