My father me is Lakith Tayung and Dipali Tayung is my mother. My father is poor farmer from Ossam and mother is housewife. I have one younger sister and younger brother. My younger brother reading in class seventh and sister in class 8th. My family supports me a lot in studies.

Why should you be awarded the Daksha Scholarship? If you are not selected to be a Daksha Scholar, what will you do?
Being a poor student, I could not be able to afford for private coaching. My parents did not able to pay the fees of the private coaching. So I need to a chance to become a good doctor. If I am not selected to be a daksha scholar, then I tried my level best in studies to become a doctor with online coaching.

What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become a doctor, and I want a smile on face of my mother and father.

How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become successful?
I contribute what I can do to the society will I become successful. To be a villager, I understand Hospitality of Village. There is no good hospitality, I want to provide low-cost treatment for my villagers are other. And also the education provided to students is not so effective. So, I want to improve my society's children by providing some such as books, pen, copy etc.

Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better.
I inspired from my brother from my Village who is a good doctor. He tell me to become a good doctor and he provide free treatment for villagers of my district.

My hobbies are - reading story book, playing cricket, and listening music.
