Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
Father name is sevyanaik . He is a farmer who worked all day in the field. His fond of cultivating, he will use agricultural is future for everything is strongly believe in honesty. My mother name is Divyavani she is also formal who works along my dad in the field even I would like to go to fill and observe the hardware of the farmer to give the one day male for the people. Often work in the field which makes me happy.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
As per my knowledge,dakshana scholarship is aworded the people who live in poverty with best knowledge to avoid impoverishment what's the education even I am one of the tribe, who needed Dakshana scholarship for higher education need to get success in my life. I would haven't selected to be Dakshana scholar I must stop education in between my studies which affects my future.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to serve a nation in the form of doctor for me. Doctor is a prestigious thing and he is equal to God "serving the nation as Doctor" is my best ambition in my life.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
Contribution to my society and my nation is the biggest opportunity in my life as being successful I contribute to the society with hygienic youth. By establishing free hospitals free heart transplantation quality health centres to every reason I wanted to make my society as disease free nation,health society.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
In my village there is no hospital for going hospital you should travel 25 km to the town one day I saw and incident in my village which hands the farmer people nearby and to him in auto to the town used to clearly 30 to 40 minute lucky by god grace he got treatment inside time. Inspiring to become a doctor as no one should be due to lack of hospital nearest to their village.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I am very much interested to go to fields and do some work which feel that I am contributing some part as farm my Hobbit I am watching news reading books.
