Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
I come from a poor family. My father’s name is Balakrishna Naik, and he works as a farmer on others’ land. My mother’s name is Annapurna, and she also works on others’ land. My sister’s name is Vanyashree, and she is studying B.Sc. PCM at a government university. My family’s dream is to make me a doctor, but we don’t have enough money. My parents work day and night, and my sister is preparing for competitive exams for my higher studies.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
My dream is not only to study medicine but to get a seat in the Dakshana Foundation because my family cannot afford higher studies. If I am not selected, my only choice is to pursue a B.Sc.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition is to get a seat in Dakshana Foundation, then perform well in NEET 2026 to repay Dakshana’s faith in me. After that, I will take care of my parents, who work day and night for me, and help society.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
If I become a successful person in my life — and I am sure I will because I entered the Dakshana campus — I will always be thankful to Dakshana. I want to help poor people because I know the pain of poverty, especially for poor students. I will do as much good for society as possible.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
When I completed my SSLC in 2023, I got second rank in my taluk. I was congratulated by an IAS officer on 01-07-2023 in a grand function. Then I decided that I have to do something great like him. In class 11, I got a project on “The Hospital.” When I visited a nearby hospital and spent an hour with a doctor, I decided that I have to become a doctor.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I am interested in helping poor people. I like playing volleyball. My hobbies are singing, reading books, writing short stories, preparing questions, and drawing.
