Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My name is Chawan Deepak. My father name is Chawan Govind he works as a painter in a company. My mother name is Chawan Renuka Bai. She is a housewife. I have to brother studying in class 10th and class 7th. My uncle's live in a village. They do farming.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
If I may get dakshana scholarship I will definitely work hard to crack my exam in first attempt. If some how I may not get selected induction as scholarship then I may continue in my parent JNV and select science stream and work harder to give my best to clear the competitive exam.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become a doctor.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I will become successful then I would like to empower the poor talented students to go for studies. I would know them the value of studies. As most of my village friends do not go to study. I will definitely do something better for improving the poverty from how much area I can. I would also serve people as a medical student. I would like to make people feel good in no cost.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
As I have seen poverty and also and tell that my family is also for and can't afford that every of my classmates can. I even saw poor people don't go to better doctors for there just take medicines from a local medicine store as if I thought I will become a good doctor and serve for people for the lowest I can.

like singing playing outdoor games and also reading biography.
