Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
In my family we are five members my father name is muthyalu. he is a farmer. my mother name is Sridevi. her daily labour . I have two siblings ,younger sister name is Divya. she's studying intermediate 1st year.elder sister name is Sravani .she got married. My grand father name is veeraswami,grand mother Laxmi they are also farmers actually all are illiterates In my home .no one illiterates.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the dakshana scholarship. Because I deserve it. I would fallow the all rules give by dakshana. I give respect to dakshana foundation. If I not selected to be dakshana scholar that time I would prefer for B. Sc nursing. I give to proper medical facilities for all.in Government college's I would prefer for B.Sc nursing.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I would like become a doctor. Actually I have no goal ,no ambition. But I don't know. In my college iam sick leader that time I will learn medicine which medicine give to which problem. I know every medicine. S, that time all are said to me Sarika your the doctor in our college. that time I decided I think I'm want to become a doctor. Do free service to all .only for poor people. First of all I can see my parents happiness. When I reach my goal.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
As per my opinion doctor is the professional thought which can do lot of service to the society. When I successful my dream. Then I service to poor people's. Some private hospital doctor's they have to bring higher cost. I am not that type . I can do free service Sunday only. Because poor people they have no more money. So, I know it is very critical free service. But, I will try my best.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
In my life my inspiration ,my motivation my parents. Because they are illiterates. They are said to me.you can reach your goal. Because no one illiterates in our home. We have don't know which is right way which is wrong way in studies. You do study very well then reach you are goal anything else anything problem. I can take care of u .my parents said to me that my I'll decide to become a doctor. In government .my parents are inspired to me.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My hobbies are reading books, I want to explore new thinks and watching movies .my interest mostly research for new things.
