JNV Sagar Madhya Pradesh
I'd like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend Medical College

Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My name is Brajlal Ahirwar. My father's name is Mr. Aasharam Ahirwar. He is a farmer and daily labour worker. My mother's name is Mrs. Shudharani Ahirwar; she is a housewife. I have two younger twin sisters named Santi and Basanti. Both study in Class 10 in a government school (at Govt. Kasturba Gandhi Girls Hostel). My family has 5 members. My parents have no specific likes or dislikes; they think according to their circumstances, which I hope to overcome through my medical journey.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
Dakshana provides free coaching for poor children with bad economic conditions but high potential to achieve their goals and earn respect in society. Cracking the Dakshana Scholarship test represents my potential, and I think Dakshana supports hardworking students to reach their goals, as I have proved by securing a seat in AIIMS! If I did not get the Dakshana Scholarship, then I would have continued my journey with self-study at home and simultaneously taught board students at home and guided other students for competitive exams.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to achieve all the goals I have set in my life. I want to become a neurosurgeon after cracking NEET UG, and I want to serve society which has given me a lot. I want to provide proper guidance to rural children who often drop out in primary school. I also want to give a better life back to my parents who sacrificed everything to make my life shine.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
After getting success in my life, I will teach children in rural areas because youth are the backbone of the coming era. I will also serve society by conducting health camps according to my capability. I will help hardworking children who lack guidance or resources. I will also create awareness about hygiene and alcoholism.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There are many incidents in my life. One incident was during rainy season when half of our house collapsed due to heavy rain, and we lived like that for almost a year. My circumstances push me forward toward my goal.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I have no particular interest in anything, but I love conversations with small children and spending time with them.
