Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father is Ajit Kumar Dash and My mother is Sarmistha Dash. I have an elder sister too.l live with my grandparents too.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I want Dakshana Scholarship because my family couldn't afford for me to extra coaching for NEET. But I want to do MBBS and become doctor. So for better study with no or little cost I want to be a Dakshana Scholar.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to become a good doctor. I haven't much idea about this field . So , I will do my level best in my career.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become successful I will do my duty perfectly. I want to cultivate crops by organic method and provide social services to people.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Once a doctor told me that I will not be a doctor in my future by checking my health report. So I want to do what he said I can't do . Moreover, my sister motivates me when I talk toher. Everyone in my life motivates me directly or indirectly.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My hobby is writing, listening music and fictional stories from grandmother.
