Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My family consists of sir members . My father name is Dinesh Chandra Panchal . He is farmer and tailor . He studies up to 12th class . My mother name is Mamta Panchal . She is house wife and educated up to 5th class only . I have one elder brother name Ritik Panchal . He just completed his college study from Ratlam , Royal Institute of B.Pharmacy . My grandmother name is Anandi Panchal . She is illiterate . My grandfather name is Sankar Panchal .
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
The Dakshana Foundation is a platform for the intelligent but needy student who can achieve their dreams with a little help . I see myself as a dedicated and hardworking student and I believe that Dakshana Foundation will help me to acquire my potential . If I would not have been selected for Dakshana then I would have studied through online classes
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to become a responsible and good citizen . I want to become a qualified and humble Doctor and serve the mankind . I want to make my parents proud and to improve my family conditions
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I want to become a Doctor . I want to serve my society by my profession doing something different . As a doctor I will aware the peoples . Peoples who need treatment but they can not afford I want to do something for that type of peoples . I will serve the poor and needy peoples in rural and remote areas free of coast .
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
I see that my neighbour's daughter , who qualified the JEE advance and improve their family conditions . She did hard work until and unless she got admission in IIT BDSR . Their parents were proud for her . I thought that if I will do hard work and remian concerned about my responsibilities towards my family . I can achieve my goals and improve my family conditions and make them proud .

My hobbies are reading books which is full of facts and playing badminton . My interest is to listening songs .
