I’d like to become a Dakshana Scholar and hopefully attend AIPMT because of my great desire to become a doctor. To become a doctor was not just a wish or casual ambition for me, but it was a burning desire. It is none other than the god, who could save a person from the hands of death. So doctors are like visible gods to his patients.
The word ?doctor? was not just a letter word for me it was my dream profession which I started aiming for years before.
My first inspiration towards this profession was from my dear parents, but unfortunately I was a bad student of science at that time.
It was from sixth standard that I started loving science. It was my science teacher, who took me to the amazing world of science. He was really an ocean of knowledge .His hard work and dedication was not in vain and gradually I along with all my classmates got attracted towards science. I will be always thankful to him.
Even though my desire hardened, I was helpless to find a way to fulfil it. My parents were not in good economic condition to send me to world-class AIPMT coaching institutes. There came Dakshana with its helping hands. I appeared in NDST and by the prayers and blessing from parents, teachers and friends. I somehow got selected in it.
I am very glad to become a Dakshana Scholar. The Dakshana foundation is really doing a great job. They are the only helping hands for a lot of poor families. It is the only opportunity for a lot of poor brilliant students to reach their aim. The Dakshana classes have world class facilities and are also rich with skilled faculties.
Today in the world of busy businessmen always thinking for the way to raise more money, it is hard to find people like Mr. Mohnish Pabrai who is ready to sponsor such a large no. of students. Hats off to him. I am very glad to become a Dakshana scholar & I will always use my opportunity properly. I will always work hard to improve my academic status and will try my best to give the best results.
