Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father's name is Mr. Jagjeevanram .he is a farmer , only farming isn't enough to a family so, also do some labour works .my mother name is Mrs. Ramdevi , she is housewife . I have one brother & two sister, they all are studying now.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I awarded the dakshana scholarship, because I want to be doctor but my family can't afford the private institute fee which is very high. I i were not selected as Dakshana scholar , then I will try get all the material for neet exam only from the youtube , as much as possible.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition is to be a good doctor , proud for my family & provide the service to the society as well as possible.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
After become a successful man I will serve a good & quality education plan to the society & and try to provide all the possible help to the poor family and students. I will also help for the medical treatment to the poor people of the society, who can't afford the private Hospital fees.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
In class 10th I have do hard work & try to give my best over the year but at last I have suffered from the fever for a weak in exam time & not get satisfied result as I aspect from me . Then Father say to me don't worry & always give your best finally absolutely get good result , that was the one of the motivation for me .

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My hobby to watch & play the cricket , Reading the spiritual books.
