Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father’s name is Phoolchand Rajak. He is a farmer and works hard to feed our family. My mother’s name is Champa Devi. She is a housewife and has a very kind and good nature. My brother’s name is Master Abhimanyu Rajak; he is studying Diploma. My sister’s name is Archana Rajak, and she is studying in Class 8.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I am awarded the Dakshana Scholarship for the preparation of NEET so that I can get a good medical college and help my family financially. If I was not selected for the Dakshana Scholarship, then I would prepare for NEET through online study and try to get a medical college.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to become a good doctor. My ambition is to help poor and needy people who cannot afford high-cost medicines. I also want to give a good and beautiful life to my family.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become successful, I will help people by giving good treatment at very low cost. I will help poor people by giving them free treatment. I will spread awareness about hygiene so that people in my village do not get sick, and I will advise them on living a healthy and proper life. I will treat people with kindness so they can share their problems openly.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
In my life, I have seen many poor people who cannot afford medicines. In my village, many people cannot buy costly medicines, and such people have died. That is why I want to become a doctor—so I can give them free treatment.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My interest is studying the biology of human beings and their parts. My hobbies are playing chess and spending time with my family.
