Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My mothers name is Sumitra Chauhan and she is a housewife and my fathers name is Late Ranveer Chauhan I lost him in 2013 and along my mother and younger brother I live in a joint family along with my uncle and aunt . I have a younger brother currently studying in class 11 .we are financially supported by uncle and aunt . my uncle is a contractor and mu aunt is a housewife .I also have 2 cousin brothers from my aunt who live along with us ,one of them is studying and one is involved with uncle in hiss business of contracting.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I feel I must be awarded Dakshana scholarship as I feel I am worthy of it also if I get scholarship I could do better and excel to great heights to be a successful doctor .I am pretty sure I will work and study hard with all my potential to give my best .if I am not selected to be a dakshana scholar .I may prepare for NEET by myself through self study or maybe somewhere nearby coaching if possible.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become a successful doctor ,to be able to give my services to people and financially support my family and my brother to pursue his further studies . I have a deep desire to do something noble for the people far away regions who do not get appropriate medical services ,if i am able to do so .

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
By becoming a doctor I will be giving my services to the people of country to better there lives in terms of medical issues . I would like to help needy and impoverished people in far remote areas who are deprived of basic medical facilities.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
greatest motivation for me in my life is my mother . she had gone through a lot of things in her life , many struggling circumstances have been experienced by her . so I am inspired by her all the time . even at my hardest times I just remember her and then feel motivated to be brave enough like her and to be successful enough to make her feel proud and happy .

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
my hobbies are to play volleyball ,spend time and talking with my cousins and I am interested in visiting new places and knowing about its history etc.
