My father's name is Mukesh Kumar. He is a farmer. My mother's name is Anita Devi. She is a housewife. My brother's name is Ayush Kumar. He is a student now. My sister's name is Anushka Kumari. She is also a student now. My grandfather's name is Kusheshwar Sah. My grandmother's name is Sharda Devi.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I have qualified the JDST. If I am not selected to be a Dakshana Scholar, then I will continue my further studies from home.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I have many ambitions in life. One of them is to become a doctor.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I believe children are the geniuses of the future—they have the potential to do great things. Older people have life experience. After interacting with them, I want to create something unique that benefits the society and helps us progress regularly.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There are many incidents that motivated me to do better. I saw my parents work throughout the whole year irrespective of their health issues. My father is my first and last hero. My father is the king and my mother is the queen of my heart. I always want to see them happy. This thought motivates me to do better.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I like reading novels, solving jigsaw puzzles, writing stories and poems, painting, listening to songs, traveling, spending leisure time with my family, diary writing, storytelling, mimicry, playing chess, and many games like volleyball. I like learning something new every day.
