Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father, Bhakta Charan Marndi, works as a security man in Bangalore. My mother, Dukhni Marndi, is a housewife. My elder brother, Bimal Kumar Marndi, is studying M.Tech. My younger brother, Bikash Chandra Marndi, is preparing for JEE Mains.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I have qualified the written test and I am fully dedicated and determined to become a doctor. If I am not selected as a scholar, I will not lose hope and will continue working towards my dream.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to contribute to society by being a doctor.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become successful, I will help society by providing medical support at low cost and also donate to NGOs, orphanages, and other groups.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
At the age of 14, while traveling by train, I saw many slums and underdeveloped areas where families didn’t have enough food or proper medical services. Seeing their struggles, I decided that I would contribute to needy and helpless people in any way I can.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I like playing sports, listening to music, and reading novels and storybooks.
