Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father name Mr.Jagdish prasad. he is working as a group D business (make a towel of any other person) .My mother name dharamvati devi she is a housewife . I have two sister(elder) which are continue own study mainly my family members are like that live together. My father always think about me and my future he is wishes that i am be a good doctor. In immediate situation like financial problem, my uncle help's us.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded as a dakshana scholarship, as i am in the need for it and i have the ability , if I am not selected for dakshana scholarship program , I will take online subcription of any on study platform and will continue my further studies to become a doctor.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I am belong to middle class family my father work's very hard and i am unable to see him like this .I will do anything for him . main thing is i want to do for my family live as good lead to better life and i want to become a famous doctor and i want to make my parent fell proud on me.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
After my success , I want to help poor person who are suffering from health issue so ,I will try to do help them to lead a better life In my village people are suffering from more dangerous problem . so , I will treat with low cost to recover their life.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There is a no such a incident in my life , just seeing my father condition , I just motivate myself to become successful and want to help them further , my mother has also motivate me in every moment to do something to help my father.

I am interested to learn new things. I love travelling . I want to travel maximum country and also know their culture . I want to buy a luxurious cars.
