Q1. Introduce your family to us?..My father’s name is Mr.Guru Ram Dhruw. he is a farmer and very working man. my mother’s name is Yashoda dhruw, she is farmer and also a good housewife and wife. My elder brother’s name is bhushan kumar. He is a bechlor of commers. There are only four members in our family all likes each other and help each other. I,’m very lovable chldin our family.

Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship ……………..I have great desire to join dakshana scholarship an to pass NEET and want to serve the people as doctor. but my economic condition is very poor that’s why i can’t pay the fee which coaching institute asked. So I wanted to be a dakshana scholar.
Q3. What is your ambition in life ……………..I want to become a docto and want to fulfil my parents dream because my parents have many desire related to my thry want to see me as a doctor.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful ……………..I want to become a successful doctor and want to contribute to socity as a doctor. I want to serve poor people as a good doctor and citizen.

Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better ……………..from class 5th I want to become a doctor this idea struck in my mind when our teacher Mr.Devkumar Sahu asked me towhat you want to become that time our economic condition were very poor my grandmother was suffering from knee pain. That day I immediately say that I want o become a doctor .this inspiration is come fro my teachers .
