Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father’s name is Thingnam Raghumani Singh, and my mother’s name is Keingngam Rashmi Devi. My father is a farmer, and my mother helps my father in farming. I have one younger brother and one younger sister. My uncle is a teacher who teaches students in our locality, and my aunt is a housewife.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
Dakshana is very important to me. I want to study at AIIMS, and for that I need a highly competitive environment, good guidance, and resources. I believe I can get all these opportunities if I pass this test.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to become a neurosurgeon. At present, I may be far from achieving it, but I will try my best to become one.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I would try to save as many lives as I can. Firstly, I want to do something for my village. During times of life-and-death situations, people in my village face many problems. Therefore, I would like to contribute to the development of the healthcare sector in my village.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Once mu father went through a very difficult life-and-death situation. At that time, we did not have any connection with nurses or doctors, and we did not know anyone who could help us. We spent a lot of money on medicines and treatment. The doctors even recommended high-risk tablets, which made us very worried.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I like watching videos and pictures related to doctors and medicine. I also like writing notes and advice for myself and maintaining a diary.
