Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father's name is Dorjee Sherpa. He is a farmer, and he likes joking around a lot. My mother's name is Nim Phuti Sherpa. She is a farmer, and she likes to help needy ones. My sister's name is Tashi Yankela Sherpa. She is pursuing MBBS.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship because this opportunity will bring me closer to my dream, as my family cannot afford coaching fees. If I am not selected as a Dakshana Scholar, I will still find other ways and work hard to achieve my goal.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to become a doctor.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I would like to contribute to society and the world by helping the needy, especially in the health and education sectors. I want to look after orphans and help them build their future.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
An incident that inspires me is related to my past and my teacher. I was under a lot of stress, and my health was declining, which also affected my family. I decided that I would give my best so that I never regret not trying. My teacher also inspired me a lot — despite his poor living conditions, he sacrificed everything for our education.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I like dancing and exploring different cultures.
