Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father's name is Vinod Kumar. He is a shopkeeper. My mother's name is Upeksha Katiyar; she is a housewife. I have a younger sister who is pursuing her education in the field of mathematics. We are four members in our family.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship as I believe I have the potential to crack the exam. I have done my schooling from one of India’s prestigious institutions. I am very thankful to Dakshana for selecting me for this scholarship. It will be a big help for my JEE Advanced preparation. If I am not selected, I will prepare for the exam online.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I have the ambition to serve my country as an Army Officer. I want to give a better life to my parents. From my earnings, I want to spend some part for the betterment of society.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become successful, I will mentor students who are unaware of the opportunities they are missing. They get many opportunities but waste them. I want to contribute to my society through any way possible, especially through my work.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
I don’t remember a specific incident that motivates me, but my parents are my biggest motivation to do something in the future that makes them proud.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I am interested in sleeping and reading books, playing mobile games and watching movies and web series like Money Heist and Breaking Bad.
