I'd like to become a Dakshana scholar and hopefully attend IIT

Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My family has four members—my mother, Rubi Moni Gogoi Konwar; my father, Bitul Konwar; my brother, Archan Konwar; and me. My father is a very dedicated farmer, and my mother is a caring and supportive housewife. My brother is studying in class 7 in a government school.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I am awarded the Dakshana Scholarship because I am capable and worthy of it. If I am not selected, then I will go to Super 30 for one-year preparation for JEE Advanced. There, I will put in full effort and do my best.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition is firstly to become an IITian, and then do software engineering and serve my qualities for my country.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become successful, I want to contribute with my knowledge to the children of my village. I also want to provide education and basic needs to very poor people so they can live peacefully. My last dream is to make a small and beautiful vegetable garden.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
When I was in class 10, I didn't know about IIT. I used to think that after passing 10th, life is best. Then one day my maths teacher told us that his student studied at IIT Madras and then went to America. That story motivated me, and since then I want to become an IITian, earn money, and travel across the world.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My interests are many such as playing chess, watching web series, solving maths problems and reading novels.
