Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father’s name is Badal Chandra Saren. He is not only my father but also my source of motivation and inspiration. To me, he is the most helpful and adorable father in the world. He guides me through every situation. My mother, Annapurna Saren, supports my co-curricular growth and motivates me to explore more. My younger brother, Bisnu Saren, is like a friend to me. At home, I spend most of my time with him playing games and going on jungle trips.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
Dakshana Scholarships are for needy, talented students from poor backgrounds who aim to achieve high in life. I personally believe I am one of them and possess all the qualities to be a Dakshana scholar. The Dakshana Foundation is a way toward infinite success, but not the only way. So, I would look for alternate options if not selected.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to overcome financial barriers and set myself as an example for others to follow.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
If I am able to achieve my ultimate goal, my main objective will be to give back to society. I will make sure the quality of life of my people improves through financial or legal support. Watering the roots of society will strengthen the whole country.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Incidents in life come as reminders. When I was in class 5, I saw my father working in the scorching sun. I told him to rest, but he replied that I must study hard and make myself better every day. That inspired me.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
Free time gives rise to new interests and hobbies. I mostly find myself engaged in sports such as football and volleyball along with patient fishing.
