Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
Starting with self-introduction, my name is Rahul Kumar. I belong to a middle-class family. My father’s name is Manoj Chaudhary; he is a daily wager. My mother’s name is Pratima Devi; she is a housewife who takes care of us. I have two sisters and one younger brother. They are completing their studies. Whenever we are all at home, we enjoy a lot—playing games and watching movies together.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I think I am very hardworking and talented, and I fall under Dakshana’s scholarship criteria. If I am not selected, I will continue my preparation for JEE Advanced and work hard to get into IIT.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
To be a good and successful man and fulfill my own dreams.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I will help needy students and people in my society. I will also donate to Dakshana so my help can reach more people.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There is no such incident till now that motivated me, but my family’s condition and the hard work of my parents for me and my siblings motivates me continuously and boosts my inner potential to do something incredible.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My interests are reading books. My hobbies are listening to music, watching movies and playing chess.
