Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
I am Shivangee. My father's name is Mr Surendra Kumar. He is a farmer. My mother is a housewife and her name is Neelam rav. We are currently live in a rented house. My father would like to gardening and my mother likes to cooking and watching movies. My brother and sister, both are younger than me. My brother is studying in class 8th in jnv Sant Kabir Nagar. He likes to playing badminton and want to become businessman. My sister is studying in class 2nd and she likes eating food.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship because of few reason, that is, I want to become a doctor but because of not better guidance may be I am not get good guide and also I am not afford costly institute for education and guidance. Dakshana institute is a place where a person/student got best education and better guidance for career.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to be a best doctor and make proud to my parent. And being a doctor I will research on medicine and making the medicine of non curable disease.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
After become a successful doctor, I would set camps in different area in a month and doing treatment of people free of cost and also aware them towards their health and hygiene because most of the people getting ill or severe disease, the reason behind these diseases are that they are not aware their health.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There is no such incident which motivated me. But an incident which inspired to become a doctor. That is in my village a family have four members, two of them (brother and sister) died at age of 35-40 because of cancer.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I like reading books, novels, articles etc. I also like to sitting alone in the ground or garden. I am interested to help other.
