Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father's name is Mr. Manoj Kumar Jaiswal. He likes discipline. My mother's name is Poonam Jaiswal. She likes to cook. My sisters's name is Shreya Jaiswal and Sairy Jaiswal. They both likes to play badminton. My uncle's name is Mr. Vinod Jaiswal. He is a grocery shopkeeper.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should awarded Dakshana Scholarship because I have potential to crack NEET exam if given proper guidance and I fulfill criteria of eligibility for this scholarship. If I was not selected for to be a Dakshana Scholarship then I will try to crack NEET by self-study.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life to became an honest and successful professional doctor in world and represent my family, country in world.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
After became successful I will reduce good health cost and serve people so that everyone can access good health facilities. I will do regular health compaign.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There is an incident happened in my life when our nation is fighting with corona pandemic. I saw that many doctors sacrifice their life while treating their patient and at that time doctor is not less that God for everyone. These incidents motivates me to became a Doctor and serve nation for this I improved myself constantly and do better in my life to do good deed.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I am interested in travelling and exploring new things. My hobbies are to play football and playing musical instruments.
