Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
I am from a rural middle class family of 5 members. My father is a farmer. He is the only earning person. My mother is homemaker. She loves to do stitching in her free time. I have a little sister of 5 years. She is the one who fills the home with joy and happiness through her lovely talks. My grandmother also lives with us. Stories of her past gives us a life lesson.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
Dakshana is a greatest opportunity. I believe, I have the dedication and ability to fully utilise the opportunities which I'll get. Dakshana will be a biggest support to achieve my goal, to fly high and to grab success.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition is to serve the society in any of the way which I can. For that I have to earn. I want to be rich and to be able to help all those who are in need. Overall, I want to be a good human being, good citizen and to make my parents proud.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
There are so many ways to contribute to the society. I prefer to help those students who are talented but due to lack of opportunities or facilities unable to pursue their education. Education is a weapon and students are our future leaders. I'll start with my locality. I will help those children and make them aware of the opportunities because every long journey start with a first step.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
At the time of summer, near my village some homeless people used to make small tents. They used to come to our home with their children to ask for food. Whenever I saw them, I felt sad for those people. Also I got motivated. I always think that after having all the facilities and opportunities If I am unable to do better then it will be a great misery of life. This thought always motivated me to do better.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I love to travel and to explore the world. I also read Novels. Playing Badminton or Chess in my free time is my hobby.
