Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father's name is Sanjay Kumar Choudhari. He lives in Ranka. My mother's name is Rina Devi. She is housewife. I have one brother and sister. My brother's name is Bhaskar. He is 13 years old and currently in class six. My sister's name is Vijayalakshami Kumari. She is 16 years old and currently in class X. My uncle's name is Prabhat Kumar Choudhari.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded the Dakshana scholarship because I need such a thing to perform better in competitive exams like NEET. I can't afford to study in a coaching giving lots of money. As it costs very high for a good coaching and could be difficult for my family.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to be a doctor and serve the society . I think as a doctor I can fulfil my desire and would also be able to help people.It gives me pleasure to help people and I can do this much better by becoming a doctor.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
First of all I want to be a doctor. As a doctor I have the best of the opportunities to serve the society . I can treat needy people, help them in any other ways , I could. I will help poor children in their studies. I will help the needy person whether it is money, education, or whatever if that was in my range. In this way I could contribute to society and the world.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
There has been many incidents which inspired me to do better in life. As I belong to Jharkhand. It is not very developed. People are poor and not much educated. I have seen people struggling about even common knowledge. I have seen the the unavailability of doctors and suffering people. As after inspecting these I decided to be a doctor.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I like to read story books and play cricket. I like sleeping. I love to help people and it gives me the pleasure.
