One incident that stands out for me is when I helped a friend through a tough time. They were feeling overwhelmed and lost, and just by being there to listen and support them, I saw how much of a difference it made. It reminded me of the power of connection and empathy. This experience inspired me to focus more on being present for others and to actively seek ways to contribute positively to their lives.
