Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father name is Mr Rajesh Kumar . He is a factory worker(labour) . He really do very hardwok to earn the livelihood. My mother name is Mrs Kalpana . She is a housewife . She wants me to achieve my goal. I have one elder brother.my brother has also completed his 12th from jnv .he is doing graduation. He likes to read books and writing poem.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
My father economic condition not good. I can't afford to join any coaching center for neet preparation but I feel that if I am provided with quality education and proper guidance. I can,make my parents feel proud of me by becoming a doctor.i have been good at study since beginning. Dakshana is the only way which can lead to me to my destination. If I am not get selected I have no other option Than self study.i will try anyhow to Crack neet exam.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to become a doctor but more than this I want to see my parents happy. I Don't want to see them compromising for little things. I want to fulfill their every wish which they left behind for my needs.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I have seen many people belonging from lower caste backward class struggling for basic needs medical facility and education these are the two main factor on which I would like to work upon. By becoming a doctori will provide the treatment in lower price needed and poor people because I have seen many people died due to lack of money they can't afford proper treatment. I will surely donate a part of my income on education

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
In my family every member has one or other disease. My mother has gone through surgeries. I can't see her and other family members to suffer from a d kind of disease. So that's why I want to have all kind of knowledge related to and disease and about it's treatment so that i can treat them on my own and also I can treat needy people not having money for proper treatment

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My hobby is to play flute . I like to learn to play musical instrument.
