Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
I belong to a poor family. My father is Mr. Hiralal Thakur and my mother is Mrs. Sangeetabai Thakur and my younger brother is Vijay Thakur. My parents are not educated and hence they did not know the importance of education. My uncle Shivlal Thakur was the one who showed me the path of education. He got me admitted in class 1st. My parents are very hardworking and they never let me face any kind of shortage. They were with me all the time and will always be. Like every parent, my parents also want to see me doing something good. I myself have known the importance of education since the beginning. I want to do as much as I can for my family.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I want Dakshana scholarship to achieve my goal. Due to poor financial condition, I will not be able to study in private coaching. The free education provided by Dakshana will help me and my family a lot. If I do not get selected in Dakshana, I will be sad but I will continue studying and work hard for my goals until I achieve them.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I have always seen many evil practices, fights and people addicted to alcohol in the family society village I belong to since childhood. The main reason for this is lack of education and poor economic condition. It has been my dream since childhood to improve this society and this was possible only if I studied and my interest is to become a doctor. I want to serve the people by becoming a good doctor.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
If I become successful then it will be very beneficial for my family and society. I want to educate people, tell them the importance of education and along with that I will support them financially. I want to serve people by becoming a good doctor. I want to arrange for free treatment of people

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
I am motivated by my responsibilities. Due to the financial conditions not being so good, I have always been struggling to improve my life. I have got many motivations but the motivation that comes from within is my responsibilities and my parents' trust in me. Whenever I don't feel like studying, I always remember my parents. My brother, my mother, my father, my family are our motivations.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I like singing songs a lot. I am also interested in sports activities and I like to play all kinds of games. I am also fond of fitness and I like to keep myself fit which gives me experience.
