Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father name is Mr.Gayadeen. He is labour and also do some farming.He likes our progress and always favourforcleanness and to be fully disciplined. My mother name is Mrs Gyandevi.She is homemaker she likes to talk with us. My brother name is Mr Amit kumar prajapati .he is currently doing Polytechnic diploma from GPC SUMERPUR .He likesto play cricket andto do social work .

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I thinki shouldbe awarded this dakshana scholarship because i am eligible for scholarship and i also need it because my family financial condition is not well so thati need this scholarship to continue my further study and if i am not selected to be as dakshana scholar then there is only one option left for me that is self study ,learning from youtube or any other free available source.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life isto become a neurosurgeon and helping all like me .I also love teaching so that i also teach my nearby student whenever i get free time.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
My greatest and biggest aim is two foundation. one is for helping people who are very poor because i am from that background and i know suffering that were faced by people . if i become successfull i will help needy people in whateveri can do and as doctor i assure thsat if someone around me suffer from any illness i can help them and i will give my best to make society physically socialy and especially mental health becuase in our society there is veryless awareness regarding mental illness

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
I belong to very poor family our financial condition not very well this thing always motivate to do better in my life to fullfill this poverty when i see our parent for doing hard work to fullfill our requirement so want to family to fullfil by all the requirement .

I likes watching scientific movies about new technology and the thing which i love the most is knowing about the daily application of what i study
