Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My name is Himanshu Dahiya. My father (Kanaram) is a labour and my mother (Meera Devi) is housewife . My father is study upto 5th standard only and my mother is illiterate. My brother (Narendra Dahiya) which is studying in 8th standard in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya and my sister (Laxmi Dahiya) also studying in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya ,pali Rajasthan.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded as Dakshana scholar because I belongs to middle class family and I have efficiency to get seat in IIT.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to become a engineer in life and I want to do some research through IIT.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I become a successful person then I will help the society and I want to give good education to poor student. I try to give my best to my society. I can also do things that will benefit society in the long run, like investing in your education, supporting charities, giving blood, and protecting the environment.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
When my big brother get selected in IIT at that time I will inspire and decided to get seat in IIT.

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I am interested in reading books related to space science . I interested in some games like cricket, football, etc.
