Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
starting with my father.my father name was Jatavath Chandrakoti.he was a hardworking farmer.he alwaya encourages us.he guides us in a proper way.he teaches our mistakes and motivate every second to achieve our hards.my mother was a housewife who kindly devotes her love and caring to her family.she cares our health and guides in a proper way.my younger 2 brothers are paursing 11th and 6th class.our grandparents always teaches our responsibility by telling their seniority.my family always motives me and give much energy and confident when am in hard
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I think,I'am eligible to be a dakshana scholar.I want to crack aiims top 2 medical collages.so,I thought by the help of dakshana I can achieve my target.i hoped,dakshana can make my dreams to fulfill.by these reason i was appeared for dakshana entrance test.if unfortunately,i was not selected to be a daksnana scholar,i didn't demotivate myself.i build my confident and go to my 2nd step.life is not a single failure as well as single success,i move on with this statement.And finally thankyou to dakshana for selecting me to be a scholar.k
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
the main ambition in my life is to make my dad proud of me.i want to make my parents much more happy.in profession,i want to be a medical student and to become a hopefull doctor.i want to add the preffix'Dr' before my name.i want to make my friend happy by fulfilling her dream with my dream.as a doctor give hope to a lot of peoples.i want to save a thousands of lives.and want to eradicate harmful diseases
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
after achieving success in my life,i want to adopt a chind and build a old house and orphanage. and contribute my service ti my society
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
i was motivated bt my father.he always smiles when he was in struggle.my dad was my huge inspiration

my hobbies are readind bokks of kalam sir,vivekananda swamy and b.v. pattabiram.i am very intrested in gk
