Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My father name is premchand ji chouhan and he is a daily wage worker working in a nearby industry my mother name is Leela devi and she is a home maker I have a brother and his name is bharat kumar chouhan he is a student pursuing his studies in MBBS degree I have three sister name is saroj ,Kiran, and Manisha.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I want to become a software engineer and I am interested in technology so for achieving my dream I need to get into a good college like iit and i beleive that dakashana can provide a great platform for my preparation if i dont get selected for dakshana scholarship i could have prepared own my home.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
I want to become a software engineer and I am very enthusiastic towards a technology advancement I want to develop softwares that could help the youth and the Indian government.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
If i get successful i will contribute to the society by giving donations to NGOs which are really working for the welfare of society.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
My brother bharat kumar chouhan has cleared NEET in first attempt itself without taking any kind of coaching. He is my inspiration and I get motivated whenever I remember him

I like singing very much and whenever I find free time I spend most of time in music .
