Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
we are 5 member in our family my father ,mother, one elder brother and one elder sister and me the younger one.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
as per my knowledge Dakshana is meant for those students who are talented and hardworker but can't afford for coaching classes to get proper guidence and schedule to qualify neet or jee.My condition is same I can't afford for coaching classes and I have faith if i continue with DAKSHANA I can qualify NEET with good rank.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition is to be a successful Doctor.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
after becoming successful I will donate for dakshana and be with this institution so that I can help the needy students like me

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
once I accompany my father to a government hospital for checkup the doctor's face was seems like he was get irritating because my father have hearing problem so he asked him for instruction for 2-3 times .The doctors face appears like he was get irritate and his talking tone was also changes from then I motivated myself to be a successful doctor.
