Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
my father is a farmer but from last 1 and half year he is paralysed and he is not able to see as his eyesight has gone.He is now doing nothing because his left side got paralysed .my mom is an Asha worker .my brother is a jnvian and he is in 11th standard(science)in jnv tarbha sonepur odisha.beside this my family include my grandparents.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I need this because my family can not afford a coaching in any other organisation because of money problem.I want to be a doctor and only dakshana foundation can h afford me a coaching in any other organisation because of money problem.I want to be a doctor and only dakshana is a option for me.If i be selected for scholar i will study hard and be a doctor.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to take u out my family from poverty .if i have to do this I have to become an employer.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
when i will become successful in my life i will help people who really want someone to help them to get success in life.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
I got most of my motivation from my father childhood life.hehas faced many problems in study that inspire me a lot and I got an inspiration from him.

my interest is in study and to play chess.my hobbies is to see tv and play chess
