Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
My family have six members. My father, my mother, sister & 2 brothers . My father's name is Md Jalal uddin,he is a farmer. My mother name is Rina begam ,She was a housewife. My elder brother name is Md Shams Uddin ,He had just completed his B.Sc .My younger brother is in Madrassa. My sister is in 11 class.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I should be awarded Dakshana scholarship because i am ambitious for cracking NEET exam with good rank & is also working hard for the same.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life is to became a good doctor. So that I can contribute towards progress of society. One more reason that pushes me a doctor is that I want to give all happiness to my family specially my parents who always supported me in my decisions.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I would like to contribute to the society by giving good medical facilities at low cost. I will also provide good education to the children's who can't get top quality education due to lack of resources.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
I am inspired in my life to do something better after reading a book i.e ATOMIC HABIT .

Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
I love to spend time with family and friends. I have a keen interest in reading English novel specially the one written by CHETAN BHAGAT .I also play chess in my free time.
