Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
I am Pravat Ranjan Prusty belongs to a village background. My family involve in farming. There are Four Members in my family. There is good affection and coordination among us.

Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
I think I should be awarded for Dakshana Scholarship because I think I'm capable of it. It will boost my preparation to achieve my goal. If I'm not selected to be a scholar,I will think that my preparations are not of these level, I will do more hardwork to become a Doctor.

Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition in life to serve people by becoming a good doctor. I have thought to help poor people those Who can't afford for their treatment in large hospitals.

Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
When I will Become Successful, I will try to give my best possible medical facilities to rural area, with free treatment and medicine to poor people.

Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
In my case ,the source of inspiration is my parents and their hardwork for me is my best motivation to keep hardworking .My senior and teachers also motivates me to achieve my goal.
