Q1. Introduce your Family to us ?
Myself Priti Priyadarshani Behera. My father's name is late Biranchi Narayan Behera who was supporting me in every way in my life but he is no more due to brain tumor. My mother's name is Shantilata Sahoo and she is everything to me. My brother's name is Brutti sundar Behera who is a 2nd year MBBS student in a govt. medical college. He is just 4 year older than me but treat my like a daughter and guide me in every moment.
Q2. Why should you be awarded the Dakshana Scholarship?
My aim is to become a doctor. After my father's death my family cannot give me private coaching. Even my brother struggled to clear the NEET exam. He tells me that money is not the thing that helps you to crack the entrance exam but your hardwork and effort will make you clear the exam. I gave my full efforts to clear the dakshan exam , I worked hard. If I am not selected to be a dakshana scholarI do my own hardwork to crack NEET in first attempt and applied for dakshana one year programme.
Q3. What is your ambition in life?
My ambition is to carack NEET in my first attempt and go to AIIMS Delhi and make my family proud.Being a doctor I will serve my society and want to give education for poor children who suffered in Covid 19.
Q4. How would you like to contribute to the society and the world when you become a successful?
I want to become a neurologist and would like to give free treatment to poor, middleclass people who cannot afford it. I gave my full efforts and motivated to struggle in life and don't fear whatever problem come in life.
Q5. Describe an incident in your life that has motivated/inspired you to do better
Ther is a small incident that inspired me to become a doctor. In 2016 when my father's operation was going on that time I decided to become a doctor.My father told me that if you do hardwork ,give your best in your studies then you can also look like the person who treated him. From that point I got a strong motivation to become a doctor even my father died that day.
Q6. Tell us about your interests and hobbies?
My hobbies are reading newspaper, novel, give motivation speech to everyone who is depressed .My interests is to write poem about nature.
